I need a research plan

I've got a research plan for my master's degree waiting to be written, two of them actually. They all apply to Japan, China and Korea area of interest. First one is for linguistics and language teaching (english) in Japan (China and Korea), it's not yet certain with the research goal, so it's all open. But the applicant has english teaching experience in China, so here you go. Second one is all about education system itself, the research flow is all about how the modern youth stress and joys matters (like modern world competition system, parents' pushing from one side and gaming and tv dramas from another, it's just an example) affect on education and the solutions . Like, why do people hire a freelancer instead of doing this on their own is a good question to, right? yeah.. This also implies to Japan, China and Korea. Then there is this International Business and Development (Hospitality area, more specifically Hotels) in JAPAN ONLY , here, it's not really a research plan, more of a statement of purpose, like why you chose it and how it will help you in your career kind of thing. The student has a year in a 5star hotel working experience and has a restaurant (partnership) so here is the foundation. Please, kindly choose which you want to take on from above mentioned. The business one and linguistics one are most urgent, need to be done till coming September .
