I need you to write 15-20 survey multiple choice questions for thesis ; i need highly qualified person who is able to give thoughts and suggest questions and answers carefully& to start immediately Below are the list of “identified gaps”, the reasons of these gaps are to be studied further through “survey” The population that will be questioned are (college graduates and above) including: 1. Qatari male graduates from public/private schools. 2. Qatari female graduated from public/private universities 3. Qatari male/female working in public/private institutions 1. Gap: Qatari males are often offered lucrative jobs after secondary education by the government, often in the police or military, a process that adversely affects their continual professional development by undermining their motivation to pursue higher education. So I need to design (two-three multiple-choice questions) to know (why) they do not purse university and prefer military or police. Just an example: A. better environment B. paying more C. prestigious 2. Gap: Qatari females outnumber their male counterparts in tertiary education by a factor of three to one; however, despite this higher education dominance, they are unable to gain employment and key positions in the male-dominant oil or construction industries, and they thus mostly settle for less demanding urban jobs due to socio-cultural constraints. So I need to design (two-three multiple-choice questions) to know (why) educated female are not joining the work force. Then another questions on (what) other ways can make them join the work force ( choices can be entrepreneurship, working from home.. etc) 3. Gap: The Qatari population overall is not inclined towards advanced technological education and vocational training; Qatar's current industrial outlook is devoid of any advanced technological industry (IT/manufacturing) and is thus unable to accommodate such qualifications. So I need to design (two-three multiple-choice questions) to know (why) they are not joining majors related to knowledge economy, then second question (what) make knowledge economy major more attractive for them. **at the beginning , I have to put demography question ( nationality, gender, age..etc) and education level and work place.
