Understand my business idea and complete an application for endorsement

I am looking for an experienced business consultant and expert in writing and developing successful business plans to write and develop a very good business model/plan for my proposed business idea and more importantly complete an application form for endorsement The right candidate must have experience in writing a business plan that includes all the following: Provides a structured way of organizing my thoughts and clarifying my idea. Helps me set out my goals and spot any potential problems in achieving these goals. Gives me a clear strategy to follow when things get busy. Must develop a clear plan which Is often essential for securing external finance for my business (and is required if you’re applying for a Start-Up Loan or etc.). Allows me to measure my progress as i go along. Ensures all of my team are working towards the same vision. Helps me plan for the future. The freelancer must give detailed and comprehensive answers to the following sections in the application form Innovation: Explain your Business Idea and the important features Viability: Describe potential markets and competition Operations and Management: Describe the necessary process to produce and/deliver the product or service Commercial Potentials: Outline what makes your idea commercially attractive and the financial requirements of implementing it Scalability: What plans have you to grow or expand your business within the next 1-3 years. Would this business successfully scale to be a part of the national market?
