Research target market and geographic location

New Regenerative Alternative treatment and first to the market business, to grow health cells replacing abnormal diseased cells focusing on overcoming terminal and/or incurable disease. I need research finding the best geographic locations in Florida to open a practice according to these patient characteristics looking for another solution to their terminal disease or incurable disease. I also need to research my target audience characteristics as to where to find these potential customers online. Highest priority - 1) Patients with last stage cancer with no other medical options available no matter how close to death they are that are still able to travel to the clinic. Looking to over come the signs and symptoms (fatigue/energy issues, digestive issues, pain, weight, appetite, blood chemistry issues, cognitive issues, etc.) and later looking for a solution to their health problems. 2). Patients that exhausted all medical options or those believing there has got to be a better way to regain their health with fast reliable results. 3) All other Cancer stages 1-3 that want to try something different than conventional medicine methods that is safe with no side effects rapidly regenerating new healthy cells to overcome their sickness. 4) Those that haven't made the choice to give up the conventional medicine with the focus of killing cells vs the focus to growing new healthy cells by enhancing the bodies ability to naturally regenerate overcoming illness. 5). Those with "incurable" disease that are looking to for an alternative method that looks to regenerate the cells in the body to reverse your health situation. Researching the location to open the practice must look to : 1) Those who prefer/ believe/ or have lifestyles pertaining to health and alternative methods. 2) The stability of the region in reference to job growth, income diversity and full time residents vs snow birds. 3) A radius of the practice location would be a 90 min drive. 4) The ability to pay cash or the ability to obtain a loan in the amount of $25-40,000.
