Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a freelance Senior UX Researcher for a leading Enterprise client. Responsibilities: Transform qualitative data into actionable insights and illustrative infographics to drive decisions with product and incubation teams Communicate research insights using visual elements Coordinate with multiple leads and understand the needs of product and incubation Use data from multiple sources to create infographics and various data visualization Champion the good practices among the function and enforce a constant improvement Manage timelines and efficiency on tasks created and coordinate multiple resources at the same time. Required profile: Strong expertise in communicating research insights in a compelling and actionable manner Capabilities in visual communications, infographics, and data story-telling are a plus. Experience in market or user research, preferably including experience working in a product company or research agency Professional with a proven track record of managing multiple user research teams in multiple locations Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication. Duration: 6 Months Time Zone: Singapore and Berlin
