We are an international Importing company who specializes in sourcing and importing high-end unique products. We are expanding our product range. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and positive Virtual Sourcing Assistant to help us with our business affairs in China. The initial project may take a week or so and will be made up of sub-projects. Excellent spoken & written English and is important as well as MANDARIN essential. Here are a few of the duties: * Sourcing and research manufacturers for a particular product * Sourcing samples / collating / reviewing / reporting / photographing / video * Reports using Excel spreadsheets/ emails/video and live chat frequently * Negotiate MOQ's and unit prices * Source packaging companies and prices We have a product in mind that we need samples for before we private label and MOQ's etc. If you feel you are the right fit, please let us know your experience. We look forward to hearing from you! ** Along with excellent English skills, we require the successful Freelancer to be able to speak fluent Chinese and to live in China with a good knowledge of many of the Manufacturers. *** Please supply a Cover Letter with your resume, qualifications and experience Skills Required Photographing Product samples, Video of product sample opening, Product Sourcing, Manufacturing, Supplier Sourcing, Product Design report via excel, email, phone consults, market research, negotiation skills.

Hi, I understand your requirement for a Sourcing Assistant / Agent for Manufacturers and Products. I have already done a similar type of work. I have experience in finding potential products on Facebook, Uploading products to Shopify, Posting ads for an uploaded product to a Facebook business page to increase traffic for product sale. Hi! 1. I have worked in global top 500 company ABB as an sourcing Engineer,that we're looking for the supplier in China with good quality and price. I had searched for the plastic, electronical, machining materials etc. 2. I had done many rounds of RFQ with new supplier and current supplier during develop new material or negotiate for the annual cost saving target. I assist to place the PO to supplier and track the OTD in daily work. 3. I had experience in sourcing supplier in China/India/Thailand/Italy/Germany. most of them are medium factory. some of them are huge one such as Tyco/Pheonix/Johnson Electronics.

Relevant Skills and Experience I have already sourced multiple products for private labelling. We import quite a few products from electronics, home consumer item, office products and get them private labelled.
