Responsibilities Responsible for securing new business opportunities on Linkedin or through other social media sites. Successfully new client acquisition & on boarding through calls, virtual meetings. Responsible for the end-to-end Business Development process Lead nurturing, engagement, and closing sales. Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting candidates profiles as per client requirements. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle. Continuous follow-up & coordination with clients. Develop strong & long-term relationship with the new & existing clients. Maintain constant communication with clients through email /phone call. Ensure client Satisfaction and handle situations tactfully You will work as main point of contact for Clients to resolve various issues untill candidate join. Responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
