Calling my Contacts and Setting Appointments

I am looking for a tele-marketing person with good experience in Real Estate to work with me regularly. Here are the gig details: 1. Make 130 Contacts per week. A contact is counted when you are able to proceed to at-least the 3rd question on a script I will provide you. You need to find the "Motivation", "Timing" and "Price" from each of these contacts. Plus set appointments as and when you see fit. I will provide you with the contacts (Address and Name). You will need to be able to do skip trace and find the contact information and then dial. Voice Mails, Disconnected numbers, Wrong Numbers etc. will not be counted as contacts. 1. You can contact all 130 in one day or 25-30 daily. I will leave that upto you. But bottom line each and every person on the list to be contacted once during that week. 2. For every qualified appointment i go to, which is set by you, i will pay you a bonus of $20. So you'll need to ensure that the appointment is set in my calendar and re-confirm the appointment with the prospect. Every appointment i go to, you get a bonus of $20. 3. I will provide you with my dialer and my scripts, so you'll need to use that.
