Seeking a part to full time online customer service agent, ideally based in London as this is where I am and would be good to meet on occasion. Dealing mainly online with customer enquires through live chat and email as well as liaising between customers and contractors. Hours can be flexible.

I have a experience of handling team for one of the largest retailer in UK for more than 5 years. experience of daily communication on skype, emails. Good in Excel, knowledge of Excel Macros.
