*** This is a FULL-TIME job with the hours of 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday-Friday (no-exceptions). If you are not available to work with us full-time during these hours for the long term, please do not apply for this job. To apply for this position you MUST complete both surveys to be considered: Predictive Index Survey: [login to view URL] Google Survey: [login to view URL] Our fast growing real estate investment firm Lightning Capital House Buyers out of Clearwater, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to work in partnership with our Marketing and Leads team to communicate with potential customers. Primarily, you will be spending around 6-7 hours a day sending and receiving text messages through Lead Sherpa (previous experience is a plus!). Depending on the text results, outbound calling and use of a script may follow. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly. Additional marketing projects will be assigned as workload allows. We are looking for an assistant that can carefully adhere to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. Please see attached file for more information. Your Compensation: Pay will vary from $3-4/hour based on past real estate experience. JOB CHARACTERISTICS -Inbound and outbound messaging through Lead Sherpa -Daily reporting of progress. -Quickly researching property information off county property appraiser websites. -Maintaining records on both Podio CRM, Google Calendar and Google drive. Cross referencing data with lead information. Auditing all leads on a weekly basis. JOB QUALIFICATIONS You MUST have: -A reliable HIGH SPEED internet connection. -A fast computer that can work with multiple windows and programs open (multiple monitors is a PLUS). -A working web camera for company meetings. -The ability to communicate through Whatsapp and have great texting etiquette. -Great organizational skills. -Willingness to grow personally and professionally with team members. You MUST be proficient in the following areas: Reading/speaking/understanding English Quickly typing (wpm) in English Good phone/texting etiquette in English Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Powerpoint Gmail Google Docs Google Sheets Internet researching Big PLUS to have experience working with: Podio CRM LeadSherpa We will be interviewing candidates over the next 2 weeks and quickly making our decision. Hello I would like to present my proposal for being assigned to act as a virtual assistant to assist in real estate sales. I have three years of experience working with a real estate investor, but presently they employed a local assistant. So I am free to get myself busy with your task if I get a chance. I am experienced in scrubbing real estate property leads, gathering information from county sites, skip tracing, Podio CRM management, sending texts through Podio, GMASS bulk mailing, Google Maps and coordination, etc. I have done small projects on posting ads in craigslist, and also able to scrape data from zillow. I am familiar with using Podio, Pipedrive, Google talk, Mighty Call, Callrail and Mojo Dialer. I am able to carry out the tasks that you mentioned in the description except texting via Lead Sherpa. However, if anything goes beyond my experience I will ask for your guidance. I am a quick learner so it would be a great fun.
