Sell TV channel leases

I need some help with leasing out Television Channels to private entities, non profits, religion based, product marketing based, government or city etc. I broadcast several free over the air digital television channels around the High Desert communities of Victorville, Adelanto, Hesperia, Apple Valley in Southern California. Total control of all content broadcasted and advertising revenue given to the client leasing a channel. Minimal $500 commissions on each lease or on any leads that produce a channel lease. K36JH-D VICTOR VALLEY TV CHANNELS LEASE - According to channel availability, a channel lease is for a full time programmer to use and control a particular channel. All content and programming is provided by lease holder. Monthly cost for broadcast services is $2250 per month with a 12 month broadcast carriage contract. Maintenance and scheduling by remote management only. Internet access is required for this option and is available at additional cost. Internet Access $125 per month. A contract is required under the same terms as channel lease terms. Bandwidth and speed limitations may apply. 2) Content provided by customer to Victor Valley TV in proper form and in a timely manner then managed by Victor Valley TV, scheduled and maintained during each 30 day period. (Technical details available) Cost for this service $2125.00 per month prepaid under contract. A 60 day cancellation period applies with no deposit required. All programming provided must adhere to FCC regulations in regards to applicable laws.
