We need a second person to make outbound calls to prospective buyers and brokers of real estate and let them know about real estate auctions we are conducting. Every week we do this for a new properties so the script changes often. Calls are made using a dialing system called Mojo (link [login to view URL] ) Mojo contains the list of buyers and dials them using your computer. You will need high speed internet connection and a headset (any USB or wireless headset). After reading a short script the prospect is either interested or not and would be moved to an interest list and emailed. We need someone who can work a minimum of 15 hours per week and would consider going up to 40 once proven and successful. Call times are usually between 9am and 6 pm Eastern M-F (you would need to have three open hours to work during those times). We do not call on Saturday or Sunday. Preference given to US based freelancers due to time zone issues and english fluency We prefer English as first language and able to navigate a short script and think on your feet. A sample script would be: "Hi I am Mike from Zetabid and we are conducting an auction of a shopping center in Miami Florida. The center is 50,000 square feet and 85% leased. The opening bid is just $2 million dollars and starts December 15th. If you or any of your clients might have an interest I can shoot you a property brochure or have the auction manager or listing broker call you." Hours are flexible within those windows and work from home is fine. Mojo tacks all calls and hours for easy time sheet management and billing Experience with a dialing system like Mojo (or other) is preferred. Requires ability to update each database record after each call (simple task). December will be slower due to holidays.

I can make this work as I have good experience of tele calling. I have done it regularly for my International business. We do it to close leads from an existing database. Sho be simple and fun. I offer proper daily updates for the amount of work that is covered. Long term association is possible.

Hi, I worked on behalf of some "100% commission Brokers" on recruitment cold calling , so I believe I am the best fit for this tele-marketing. But you might not like my accent- this is the only problem. I agree with you December is a bit slow month for real-estate, so I am also relaxing too.
