Salesforce Apex Developer

We are a growing start-up helping dentists get higher dental insurance reimbursements. Our developer will be a key player in helping us achieve this objective. Our developer will be responsible for adding business logic to our system events to help streamline workflow. This is an in-house contract position based in our Chicago, IL office. *Please only apply if you currently reside in the area or are planning to relocate in the very near future. No remote candidates will be considered.* Qualifications: Salesforce Lightning Implementation Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Apex coding experience Salesforce Automation experience Applications: DocuSign, Asana, Calendly, payment gateway implementations Use of standard development tools Source code control Apex Doc Formal computer science education Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion and work independently Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles Ability to implement and integrate with API's Overview of Responsibilities: Modify the system to increase benefits and usability Create custom objects when necessary Create and enhance workflows, processes, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment Perform uploads/updates of data as required Integrate Salesforce with other applications We have a positive and fun work culture!
