This application is being developed using Syclo Agentry, SMP and SAP backend. We need to convert this application for Android based handheld devices. Hi , I have worked on both SMP and Syclo based application development and deployment for mid and large enterprises. Since you are trying to migrate and syclo as standalone product is not in the future roadmap of SAP I am assuming you will be migrating to SMP based deployment for android handheld devices, if I can suggest then there are standard syclo client which is available for android devices which you should be able to use without a lot customisation.
