UV ink researcher

I'm starting a business to produce wearable skin stickers that measure individual sun exposure, and give the wearer a visible indication of their current level of exposure as a percentage of the daily maximum. I have a guide that explains how UV sensitive inks can be made, that change colour at different percentages of daily maximum UV exposure. I need a researcher who is suitably qualified (expert knowledge of UV preferred), and can experiment with the different levels of the required components, to make inks that change their colour at different percentages of the daily maximum UV level. This will require mixing the inks, applying them to different substrates (and applying lacquer), then measuring the level of UV exposure required for the inks to change their colour. There'll be a fair amount of experimentation involved. I can give fuller details once you indicate your interest.
