This is a one-time project to develop a system using VBA and Microsoft Word 2007.
Brief description:
The output will be a Word 2007 letter generated from a template.
Input will be data from a form and a MS Word Template.
1. User will fill out a form with simple information such as names, addresses, and a few other bits of info.
2. User will make selections on what paragraphs that will be in the Word document that will be created from a template.
3. The application will use the user input and the template to create a letter document.
More Details:
Form will be created in VBA/Word 2007 and consist of a heading with Names, addresses.
There will be 60 lines of selections that the user can choose using checkboxes to select. The selections relate to paragraphs in the template.
When user has completed, he will click a "Create Letter" button. the VBA code will then create a letter from the template with the selections from the form and insert information from the form into certain places in the paragraphs.
The result will be a formatted Word 2007 document that is ready to be printed.
