Objective: To have teachers input student name and other pertinent information into a form ON A WEBPAGE, and have it produce a personalized letter to parents.
How it works:
1. Teachers select from a choice of pre-written generic letters to parents.
2. Teachers then input the following information into a form:
1. Student name
2. Male/Female
3. Teacher will then select from a list of concerns using checkboxes
4. Teacher will click the submit button.
5. The program will then use the information from the form to create a letter that the teacher can either copy and paste into an email or Word document.
Other options for later:
1. Teacher can select to have the letter created in Spanish or other language.
2. Teacher can select to have a PDF, printable version created.
Comments:
The first version will have one letter that teachers can manipulate. In future versions, I would like to see if we can have more letters and more languages. I would like to see the option to upload images like school logos and student / teacher photos.
