Content on our comparison web pages is not indexed consistently. Searching for text quotes is (mostly) not picked up by Google search. We need:
1. help identifying the root-cause for this indexing problem
2. make the content across ALL comparison "findable" in Google (comparison table AND popups content)
Success criteria is simple: any specific ("") content from either main table or details popup should be found in a google search (rank not yet important)
We have migrated our website from an old domain to a new one ([url removed, login to view] > [url removed, login to view]).
The new site has a different URL structure and additional content.
URL structure is: [url removed, login to view]<comparison name>
Simple tests like searching for test strings in "quotes" shows that content is not found.
e.g. search for "Compatible with some Hyper-V versions" (in quotes) in Google: not found - but go to [url removed, login to view] and search (CTRL+F) it and you find it
The same content should also be found through a popup that shows details (when you click on each table field) but this is neither indexed e.g. [url removed, login to view]
When you MANUALLY add the above URL to the webmasterconsole (fetch as Google + submit URL) then Google finds it!!
We have added various URLs to "fetch" as Google and the Sitemap in the hope that Google will eventually find it but no luck so far.
hey there ! i can make my sincere effort toward the site and i try my best for sorting out crawling issue , for that we need to do some structure changes on the site best regard vicky
