Marketing & SEO Master needed for ground up, site traffic generation with Wordpress.

I am looking for an experienced Marketer to help me drive traffic to my sites, and help me develop a strategy for SEO/SEM as well as lead generation. I would like this project to be fixed fee / hours and can help to define very specific deliverables to manage expectations on both sides. Continued consultation is a possibility if the fit make sense for us both. The site and materials being produced for content marketing purposes is focused on the following target audiences. Target Audiences (both b2b, and b2c) 1)People wanting to become data scientists or data engineers 2)Data Science / engineering professionals who are currently working, and want to develop additional skills that help them become leaders within their industry 3)Leaders of organizations that are building decision science capabilities (data science, governance, BI) and need help in accelerating and optimizing their efforts Responsibilities Included: (1) Review existing site on wordpress and associated materials (blog posts, GA Results, Ads etc.) to understand current SEO status (Everything is pretty new so not a lot to review) (2) Provide detailed assistance in keyword selection. Some work has already been done here. Assist me in understanding what goes into a successful keyword library. (3) Make changes to existing assets (pages, blogs, etc..) to improve traffic, measurement, and ability to iterate and improve over time. (4) Assist in developing a strategy to test outreach and prospect generation (5) Assist in developing backlinks to site content and help identify ways to continue to improve in this area (6) All efforts/strategies should be 100% ethical and transparent. I am interesting in building a genuine audience and providing meaningful value to them. (7) Assist in building backlinks through outreach to related content providers (8) Assist in the preparation of blog posts on existing sites Skills Needed - -Solid expectation setting and time management -Solid understanding of Wordpress administration and site management using tools like Yoast, Divi, Thrive plugins, as well as GA and SEMRush -Excellent writing skills -Ability to do research on topics like Data Analytics, Decision Science, Advanced technology, in order to identify related websites, authors, content managers, and influencers for promotional purposes -Willingness to consult with me to improve tactics and results -Ability to proofread and provide feedback on content underdevelopment prior to publication -Ability to support marketing activities with lite creative design work (infographhics, vector images for site pages and blog posts etc..
