In search of someone that can help me create $20+/daily earnings from website. -- 2

I'm in search of someone to create 3-5 sites for me at the moment(If satisfied will be willing to purchase more, if satisfied) that can make from $15-25 on each of them and must be related to a topic that will remain of interest for a long time to come. I'm not looking for any specific type of monetization so that can be discussed and you can use your own methods/ways: Google adsense, CPA offers, affialiate products, textlink ads...etc. can be used or combination of things. Of course the site has to have original content and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently. The site must aesthetically look professional, neat, clean and optimized to draw in folks to click on the ads. Content cannot be garble or spun text in any way. Must be able to pass COPYSCAPE. Pictures should be legal pictures with no copyright problem, etc. I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER i see a consistent income in my adsense account and when i will have proof of the earning of the websites. If this project works fine, you wil be able to do more websites for me. Only white hat techniques. No spamming! UNIQUE ORGANIC TRAFFIC ( no bots or traffic buy sites)-No autoblogs. You will choose keywords and niche, but you need to describe me a plan about how you will generate the traffic and why do you want to choose such niche. Only whitehat methos and nothing to casue search engine penalties!
