C# Class Library (dot net 4.8) SharePoint

Require an extension to a project. these libraries will provide a class / classes to login to a defined EDRMS and perform the following tasks find a folder by name, upload files from a list and set their metadata from a list. to Clarify the ask. Each Library will be an implementation of the following interface class IuploadtoEDRMS the interface will have all the function defined for the public operations as stated below. The sharepoint version will be UploadtoSharePoint: IuploadtoEDRMS The class / classes will 1) login to a on prem sharepoint with an AD account (values passed to class as secure creds) a. Validate the version of sharepoint within the supported version ie 2019, if the version is not supported to stop and report the error. 2) Once logged in to locate a folder in a defined document library (defined in parameters or class variable) 3) Allow the following actions to be taken (each their own functions within the context of the opened doc library) a. Create a Folder and set attributes on that folder from a list of Tag-value pairs ie "published","1" that are pass in to function using a parameter. b. Upload a file from a disk location and set attributes on that file from a list of Tag-value pairs ie "published","1" that are pass in to function using a parameter. once completed updates to mark file as checked in. 4) To provide a log of activity and any success or failures to a support logging tool or windows event logs (preferred) The OpenText version will be UploadtoOpenText: IuploadtoEDRMS The class / classes will 1) login to a on prem opentext with an AD account (values passed to class as secure creds) a. No payment will be made until code has been tested and validated as functional. The code must be documented, describing how it works and how the functions are used.
