Wanted MS-100 and MS-700 Certified Lev 1/2 Desktop Support for MS Office 365

I am looking for resources to support around 350 users mainly in australian time with some overlap with Indian time. they would need to be skilled in MSO365 suite of applications mainly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, POwerpoint, Sharepoint, Azure Active Directory, Intune. the candidates would ideally have MS-100 and MS-700 valid certifications. the engagement would be on Task basis viz either based on per Ticket or per user per month. the tasks involved are typically: PFB Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks and requirements 1. Providing IT support to the users via email, phone, chat, and remote session. 2. Maintains and supports the Office 365 services. The Office 365 infrastructure consists of, but is not limited to, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, and Office Applications. 3. Should be familiar with MS Endpoint security and Intune (mobile device management). 4. Administers the user accounts by creating/deleting user Ids, username changes, setting up Distribution lists. 5. Maintain the Azure AD environment (that will consist of Virtual Machines, storage accounts and backups), including monthly health checks on the infrastructure. 6. Maintain the AWS environment (required basic AWS skills, as we are currently using only AWS for storage). 7. Setting up and maintaining PCs for the staff, asset management. 8. Resolve issue’s related to Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint access, Softphone (voip). 9. Should be able to communicate over phone with the users. 10. Basic troubleshooting of remote PCs that will consists of, but not limited to, Internet access issue, Office licensing, PC performance, Anti-virus status, access to secondary monitors. 11. Troubleshoot Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) issues. Additional requirements 1. Experience with PowerShell 2. Knowledge of virtualisation and backup solutions 3. Knowledge of networking (switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs, VLANs etc.). 4. Azure Enterprise applications
