Need a Shopify App Developer to TEACH ME

I am a .Net developer and also have a store on Shopify and am thinking I would like to create an app both for myself and to start marketing on the Shopify app store. The thing is I know I learn better from a teacher and with an end-goal in mind, so I would like to ideally have an amazing Shopify app developer work with me (and independently) on creating a Shopify app for me in such a way that I can ask questions, collaborate with him / her and learn while having the app developed. Since this gig will require a lot of communication, the ideal candidate MUST be a native English speaker, or, at the very least 100% fluent and be a good enough communicator to be able to help guide me through what was programmed and why it was done so. My ideal solution would be to have the back-end of the code programmed in C# (or maybe Node.JS), but that isn't an essential as I am very comfortable with programming as a while and think I could adapt to a new language if it was explained why the other language was a much better fit. If you truly are a wiz, are good at explaining to a very smart and eager student and have the English skills to back it up, I'd love to hear from you! Also, since there are lots of people that just post standard replies, I want to know you've read my project through, please, in your reply / proposal to me, begin with "I have read this" and please also include your experience with Shopify app development experience - If this is not included, I'm sorry, but I will ignore your proposal since I expect you to read what I write and answer accordingly. Please let me know things such as what days / hours you're usually available (I am on US Eastern time), how long you believe you'd usually take to respond to email questions and, of course, how much your hourly rate for such a collaborative project would be. Also, please let me know if ASP is possible or not and, if not, what stack you would recommend we use for this project. Thanks
