Develop A Shopify App to Allow Visitors to Upload Artworks with Visualisation to my website

I am currently looking to automate a process where I receive artworks and I visualise them onto my product templates using Photoshop, exporting them as .jpgs. Subsequently, creating a product on Shopify's backend, input fields and add in the Jpgs. I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Custom Shopify App for my website so that artists are able to upload artworks in specific dimensions to my website. Artists will see the visualisation of their artworks on my products before submitting. 1) Upon submission, I will receive the artwork in my Google Drive 2) Certain field inputs by the artists will be in the Product Creation. 3) I already have a frontend script for Product Customisation available. 4) I want to to approve of works before they go live on my site. (achievable through Product Page)
