Quick Changes to Shopify Store

I am looking for a Shopify Developer. I run a small Shopfiy store called Urns For Angels. The website URL is www.urnsforangels.com. I am using a paid for theme called Envy. I am looking to make 2 small changes on the product page to the store to make it more user friendly. 1. I want to be able to have short text input field on various product pages, which I can turn on off. This will allowing customers that want a custom engraving on a product to indicate to us what they want this engraving to be. When and order is processed we will then be able to put a custom engraving on this item. I want this to appear just above the add to cart button. Some of the new products I will be putting on the site have over 30 different variations, due to colours, sizes and material options. This has lead to the product images tier being extended vertically down the page, stretching everything out. The current products on the site only have 2 or 3 images. But this is going to be a problem when I put the new products on. The extra product images are currently displayed on the left of the main product images which is causing the problem. Please can you move this product images row below the main product image and to prevent the images spanning across the page, just put it within a carousel that only displays four products at a time.
