Social Media & Marketing - Rotational Leadership Development Program

SUMMARY OF OUR BUSINESS: Our business operates in several lines of business, including E-Commerce (selling products on our own store) as well as affiliate marketing (marketing products for other product companies). Our primary channel of marketing is Social Media. To date, this has mostly been Facebook and Email Marketing, although we are starting to branch out into Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Our business has open positions for a Rotational Leadership Development Program in the area of Social Media Marketing. The way the program works is the following: There are 3 different rotations the marketing specialist will go through as part of this development program. Each rotation will last approximately 6-8 weeks, and all training is provided. The rotations are: SOCIAL MEDIA, which involves: - Increasing our followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube - Reaching out to content creators to get access to their videos - Doing some minor video editing - Creating strategies for new ways we can increase our followers across these social media channels AFFILIATE MARKETING, which involves: - Reaching out to product companies to get permission to market their product - Writing short advertisement pages - Doing some minor video editing E-COMMERCE, which involves: - Researching popular products to sell - Creating short advertisement pages - Filming advertisement videos and doing video editing The hours are very flexible, as you do not have to be online at any specific day or time. The only requirement is completing the required hours of work each week. COMPENSATION: - The starting wage is $3.50 USD/hour. - The hourly wage can grow up to $6.00 USD/hour over time, depending on the quality of work and the success of the business. - You will be eligible for consideration for a raise and bonus every 3 months. - Historically, during successful quarters, bonuses of over $500 have been given out at a time per person. - The hours per week will start at 5 hours per week, and will grow to up to 30 hours per week depending on quality of work, ideas for business growth, and overall business needs and success. REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE: - Fluent in English (ability to write articles in English without grammatical mistakes) - Strong interest in marketing and social media - Interest and ability to continue learning new information independently - Eager and enthusiastic attitude, and a willingness to be proactive in figuring out ways to improve processes and business success - An existing Facebook and Instagram account - Ability to get "Photoshop" or similar photo-editing software installed on your computer if you don't already have it - "Skype" installed on your computer for voice calls - Ability to install "Slack" on your computer (our primary form of text-based communication) PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED): - Experience increasing followers on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, or other social media channels - Experience writing articles (example - blogging, articles for other employers, etc.) - Experience building a brand using social media or other methods - Basic Photoshop experience INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY: Reply to this post with: 1.
