Algo Trading System - Quantopian/Python

I am a 30 year veteran in the Finance Technology space, having worked at Fortune 500 financial institutions all my life. In addition to being a Technology Executive, I have worked on several hobby projects over the years, including a Trading System Generator using machine learning. That system has generated a number of robust algorithms with excellent projected earnings and stability. I need a python developer to write these systems for me in the Quantopian platform (see their website). Looking for an energetic, industrious, self starter who is eager to learn about quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, and the Quantopian platform. The Quantopian platform is used by high level quants to research and produce money making trading algorithms, as well as hone their skills in order to upgrade their current careers. Depending on the productivity and reliability of this individual, there may be additional assignments in the future. Attached is the existing progress on the algorithm/system. The task of the freelancer will be to get the algorithm to work and produce backtested results in the Quantopian platform, as well as explain all the changes that were made and the reasoning behind them. The existing system has errors. The final system should be efficient and performant (meaning backtests should complete within 1 to 2 minutes if possible), as well as bug free with adequate error handling. Some of the algorithm specifics have been obfuscated for obvious reasons. Each section of the algorithm (for example Custom Factors) should be easily tweakable (meaning, I should be able to change one of the variables at the beginning of the system) to try it with different parameters.
