I need help with the Arduino code

I need the following

Arduino using a sim800l and a ublox neo6m

that if send a message, (on) turns a relay on and (off) to turn it off

when asked to give the GPS location, to send it back to the sending phone with a Google link to open.

when a given pin is set from low to high to call a given number

the Arduino code must also enter the sim pin

this easy please no "I'm a engineer blah blah blah..."
