Arduino WEB Remote Relay Swtich

We require a app made for the Arduino UNO R3, that allows us to control 2 x relays from remote location over a internet connection. The APP will need a remote server that it connects to, to allow the user to control the Arduinos remotely over a internet connection. ARDUINO APP The app will have the functions to allow the user to set how the 2 x relays will be controlled. For example - 1. the relays can either be set as On/Off, or 2. Momentary On/Off (pulse on than off) with adjustable timing from 1sec to 30sec. 3. These setting to be able to be changed remotely. 4. The communication settings to be accessed and changed by a web browser. 5. When the server connects to the APP, the server will require a username and password to login to the APP. WEB SERVER A server is required in which the Arduinos will be pre-programmed with the Server Public IP/Port, so that each Arduino knows where the server is located, to allow the server to be able to communicate with the Arduino, and allow the user to send commands to each Arduino. The server will operate on our PC.
