Hi, my name is raul, there are some issues that need to be clarified, how would you like to have your app ? with a backend in javaScript and a client in c# o viceverse, for example If you already have a team experienced in C# and related technologies, it might be more efficient to choose C# for the backend. In the other hand if your team is more proficient in JavaScript and Node.js, that could be a favorable choice, in my opinion the second one would be a better choice i mean a backen in javascript/nodejs and a client in c#, the last one could be deliver using a worker service (this way you can install it as a windows service) archetiture, any case, i am willing to do what ever you consider the better choice is, thats a lot.
