Build an assessment Tool

We are looking for a web application developer, who has experience building an assessment tool with below features. Should have tab to store information with regard to company and set users within that company Should have super admin and admin panel who can launch, manage and administer the assessment Conduct any number of assessments, with set questionnaire and questions Assign weightage to each individual questionnaire and questions. Assign difficulty to each individual questionnaire and questions. Allow backward navigation – Yes / No Show progress bar – Yes / No Assessment start date & end date Save and resume later – Yes / No Allow token based response – Yes / no Allow anonymized response – Yes / No Notifications management, once the assessment is completed, or reaching time lapse. Capture date and time stamp – Yes / No, IP address – Yes / No. Allow edition post completion – Yes / No Randomisation of question – Yes / No Should have functionalities to Import and Copy an existing assessment Question branching Custom themes, allow sharing through social media, different question types like Multiple Choice, Drop down, multi select, text, multi text, rating and matrix based. Provide response analytics and get meaningful data and reporting.
