I need a scoreboard program (basketball) that will run in windows with the following features.

scoreboard interface and controls ([login to view URL]), this will display on monitor 1

scoreboard ([login to view URL]), this will display on monitor 2

shotclock ([login to view URL]), this will display on monitor 3

I need to be able to set hotkeys for the controls

timeup, timedown, home score up and down, away score up, away score down, team foul up, team foul down, away foul up, away foul down, home teamtimeout up, home teamtimeout down, away teamtime up, awayteamtimeout down, period up, period down, shotclock up, shotclock reset (24), shotclock up, shotclock down, shotclock reset (14)

need buzzer (this can be a specified .wav file)
