Build Python Classifier and NLP Extraction

Purpose: Use LexNLP ([login to view URL]) and its word2vec models to train a classifier capable of classifying clauses among broad types. For this specific example, we will be training it to identify so-called "Force Majuere" clauses. Instructions on how to train a classifier (including examples of how it was used to train for the force majuere clause) that could be reused for other clauses. 2. Set of python scripts used in the classifying as well as an example where, fed in a sample agreement as a command line argument, displays (as output) the name of the document, whether a clause is found, and the text of the clause.
