I need you to develop some software for me that can capture car number plates from CCTV cameras we have at our car wash stores, note that we have multiple stores and dvr box are connected directly to the modem there is no PC at stores. We want to have sort of cloud based backend where we can see real time or bit of time lapsed data of car number plates for multiple stores individually in csv format. With the filters like double entry check etc. So what we need is: 1. We want web based platform 2. We have multiple car wash stores 3. We want to see real-time car number plates, with time and date stamp along with jpeg for each store individually 4. Need filters like duplicate/double entry in 12 hrs period 5. Need option where we can select different time frames/ dates to view the data Write 92 if you have read description

92 Hi, I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications, My Team experience includes Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system.
