C# compatible file system filter driver

Hello, I need someone with the requisite C/C++ expertise to create a file system filter driver that will call to a user space C# application's methods when events occur. Specifically: - I need to be able to specify/instantiate the filter driver for a specific folder - The folder needs to appear in Windows Explorer - When the folder is accessed/enumerated, it should call back a method in user space in a C# application - When a file is accessed or read, it should call back a method in user space in a C# application, and include the name of the file, type of operation, and requisite parameters (starting byte index, byte count, etc) - When a file is written, it should call back a method in user space in a C# application, and include the name of the file, type of operation, starting index, data to be written - When a file's metadata or permissions are changed, similarly, a callback to a user space C# application must happen Essentially I need to control exactly what is seen Explorer or command prompt via a C# application interacting with a filter driver that you create. It needs to be extensible to support any file system operation. While this will initially be a small project, it could lead to long-term consulting. Thanks for your help!
