Convert a small VB6 project to C#

In [login to view URL] there is a single download of an ActiveX Control with a VB6 Sample Project of aprox. 1800 lines of code, that we need converted to C#. The Sample is called HTML5 Notepad and it is a single-form application with a Menu, a Toolbar and two panes with the ActiveX control. The entire code is event handling of the Menu, the Toolbar and the ActiveX, and straight forward. We need a native C# re-write and not a converted project by using tools such as VBUC. The acceptance criterion of this project is to produce a C# project that when compiled behaves exactly like the VB6 sample.
