Country code

Hello, Thanks for showing interest in my proposal. I have understood that you need a system from which you can dial a number but the receiver should not get the country code. In the past, we have setup, configured and deployed various open source VOIP servers for our clients like FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, FreePBX etc. We have also integrated VOIP APIs like Twilio in few mobile and web applications for Text Sms and Phone calls. I have few questions for you: 1) Do you want to use this system personally or will you distribute this to the public? 2) Do you want us to develop the complete system? Where users or you can log in and make calls, keeping history etc? 3) Are you open to using Twilio and we can customise it or do you want us to do this from scratch using WebRTC? 4) What is your prime purpose for this development? If not offensive, can you please share? 5) Do you want to call only to Korea from Japan? Kindly reply us once to discuss in detail.
