Create a program that will scrape and search data from 2 separate website

The basics of the job: I need a basic program creating that will update and search through a list of companies that have brought their own shares (Transaction in Own Shares) and also have an Earnings announcement within the next 30 days. This information can be gathered from 2 separate websites. The information from the first website will update regularly showing any websites that have Transaction in Own Shares just reported. Second website can be searched to see whether the company has an Earnings Announcement to come within (we are only interested if this is within the next 30 days). The information will then need to be sent straight away to a live feed on my website and also automatically direct to email addresses. -------------------- Firstly, [login to view URL] - this page will need to be refreshed at least every 30 seconds to see whether there are any new updates. - the company code from within the brackets needs to be gathered. For instance, for Acacia Mining (ACAA) we just need ACAA. This information then needs to be taken over to the second website to be checked. Secondly, [login to view URL] - Choose "Filter" - in the SEARCH box put in the company code from previous website (for example ACAA). This should bring up the name of the company in the search box, which will need to be SELECTED or else it will not be searched for correctly. - only return any results that show a date of within the next 30 days (so if the current date is 1st August only return a search between 1st and 30th August). I will need the data to be sent direct as a live feed on my website. I will also need it to be sent live direct to email addresses. If the search returns a company that has just declared a Transaction In Own Shares and has an Earnings Announcement within the next 30 days then it simply just needs to return the data as shown for the company on both websites.
