Developer for Web application python/linux/opencv

we already developed a prototype of a web application using python/django/opencv/json on linux platform. the application has to be finished and heavily extended for additional functionality. purpose of the application: user is dragging in pdf/tif/png files, these are split in single pages and shown to the user. user can do some processing on the files and pass the result to an program for further processing. job to be done: - finalize the prototype - add extended features for users/statistics/payment, storing in relational database experiance with image processing (detecting empty pages, reading QR/codes, improving quality of image to help zbarimg detecting barcodes) is necessary. I'm looking for someone who is - experianced with these technologies on linux platforms - having time for at least the next 2 months fulltime - being available for error corrections in production environment (response time) contract is preferred fixed price for defined tasks please send me information about - experiance in these technologies - references done - availibility, I want to start immediately some knowledge of german is an advantage
