We have an Odoo helpdesk app, that leverage on existing Project module of Odoo v10. Currently there is a fetchmail service which run every 5 mins to fetch emails from a specific mailbox, and create an issue in Odoo Project, and to manage customers' communications from there on. We need the following enhancements to the app: - Under Project -> Issues -> Issue Entry -> Description field. Currently this field is in text. Thus when the email is sent as HTML, the content becomes distorted. Will need to have this Description field to be able to support HTML content - When the emails received have attachments, the attachments are dropped. We will need to have the issue entry to be created with the attachments loaded as well - When new email replies from customers, there is no notifications. Not sure if this is a bug or a configuration, but we will need to be able to have notifications, and also to sort the issue by the chatter message created time, so that the users can see them.

Also dont worry about attachments and notification of new threads created I will also fix that. I have 4.5 years of experience in development and implementation of Odoo.
