Generate the CSRF Token offline for website to make https request from .Net application

I am trying to generate the CSRF token to directly make https requests and get response from website. I am not able to generate the token which match the website requirements from my c# desktop application. I need someone who can generate it for me. I do not have server side algorithm for generating csrf.
