image OCR from Telegram via c#

I have a working c# desktop application to buy-sell Cryptocoin. I am also a member of a Telegram coin alert channel which sends name of coin pair and buy-sell values. I need a C# coder to implement auto buy/sell operation in Visual Studio (v 2017). Main flowchart of the software: 1) When a text message received from Telegram channel; trigger existing buy order 2) When a message received from Telegram channel as image; OCR (decode) it and trigger existing buy order 3) Send a Telegram message to me about order 4) Display available btc value, traded coin’s name and buy/sell prices in main window 5) Design a form for me includes coins name and its selectable values (ratio, input, checkbox etc.) and send its values to main app. Specifications of software: - Clean and speedy algorithm (syntax) should be used. - Decoding must be flexibly in case of image format changes. - Design of the software should basis modules. If the software will be successful, other coin exchanges can be added (it will be follow-up project). - You can use any nugget/free module but completed code should consist or can download required nuget/.Net Framework etc.
