Java gui - (part of project)Multiple sequence alignment

I have gui and other option, you need to add program that calculates multiple sequence alignment of k>1 sequences using Progressive Alignment Method. • Input: ▪ Use the same input GUI window as in work 2. • Output: ▪ Distance matrix (work 2). ▪ Guide tree with distances on edges and labels on leafs – use sequence number in the alignment for labels (work 2). ▪ Multiple sequence alignment found by algorithm. ▪ Score of multiple sequence alignment. ▪ The output window should be able to display guide tree of at least 10 sequences and the alignment of at least 10 sequences of size 80 completely (without using scroll bars etc.). For more sequences (or longer sequences) use scroll bars.
