Load image in a windows form and print according to the requirement.

Hello, I need to develop a desktop application (Windows Form) that loads an image of the hard disk, and sends it to the printer. The default image will be of size (2480px x 3508px), like an A4 format, but it can be smaller (it will have to increase the size proportionally) or bigger (it will have to decrease the size proportionally). First row of your proposal includes the word printingapp. The image must be printed completely on a sheet of A4 format without leaving borders or margins.
