To keep our customers internal ORACLE database clean, we need software that automatically runs SQL statements on a daily basis and sends an email to a specified email address when there are results. Software needs to be redistributed with license and is webbased. To summarize, the web-based software will run LOCAL at customers' internal environment with no internet access. The license application and SQL encryption application should run offline only on my own desktop. The customers all have their own internal environment where the web-based software needs to run. So I need to have a way to be able to install the web-based software at a customer. PRIOR: Create a Mockup of the software with functional requirements document with gui interfaces before starting to develop. I attached examples of the interfaces to show the functionality of the software, please use your own creativity on the design. 1. The software shall allow Admin users to input SQL select statements via a encrypted file. So whe should generate this file with another offline tool. [login to view URL] software shall connect to a specified ORACLE database using standard authentication credentials and execute the SQL select statement automatically every day on a specific time. [login to view URL] the SQL select statement returns a result, the software shall send an email to the specified email addresses. [login to view URL] email sent by the software shall include the query results in a readable format, such as a table or list. [login to view URL] software needs to be installed local. easy on a windows server. With a setup file, password protected. [login to view URL] installed,the software is password protected, admin can change the password. [login to view URL] software shall allow users to customize the email message and subject line. 8. The software shall support popular email protocols, such as SMTP, to ensure reliable email delivery. 9. The software shall log all SQL select statement execution and email sending activities for audit and troubleshooting purposes. [login to view URL] software shall be compatible with Oracle database to execute the sql statements. [login to view URL] software shall provide clear error messages and guidance to users when SQL select statements fail to execute or emails fail to send. [login to view URL] software shall be secure and protect sensitive information, such as database credentials and email addresses, from unauthorized access or disclosure. [login to view URL] software is webbased. [login to view URL] can provide first license for each client for 1 to 5 years. [login to view URL] will send a email when the license is almost finished to specified email addresses. License can only be used once per one installed version. License should be linked by some unique id per installed version. 20. Webbased software can only be accessed with a superuseraccount or adminaccount. Some questions should be anwsered first: [login to view URL] tell me more about the technology what u will use for: - webbased software - the offline license generator - the encrypted sql files 2. How is the developer going to ensure that each customer of the software has a license that cannot be shared with other customers? The license should be able to be generated offline for a specified period such as one year. The purpose is that the software can only be used with a valid unique license. 3. How will the developer ensure that I can add and remove SQL statements from the software? I want to generate a file with the SQL statements encrypted and then upload it to the software so my customers cannot view the SQL statements.

Hello, I'm a full-stack developer. What you require can be done using certificates or asymmetric keys. These would be linked to the customer devices' unique hardware identifier (such as MAC id) to ensure the license only works on that machine. For the web-based application I would use Python and web2py to create the user interface and connect to the local database. The sql command can be encrypted using the same private key used for the license into a text file. The challenge here is to update the client software without internet connection, if you can provide more details of the setup, I could plan a good strategy for it.
