I've worked on Asterisk PBX, configuring running and maintaining a system for our staff to receive support, accounts, sales etc calls from customers in a 24/7-based system, routing calls between offices in different geographical locations. We also built an on-call system into asterisk, such that out of hours calls would be routed to mobiles, which required asterisk to communicate with other services over HTTP to discover where and when calls should be routed (which office, to mobiles, etc), so I am familiar with integrations to other systems.
I'm UK based, and would be interested to hear more - particularly how your voice bot is hosted.
Full disclosure, it's been a few years since i worked on asterisk, but I don't expect that to get in the way of providing a good, working solution.
More milestones would follow once I would understand how the voice bot is set up for integrations.
