Our company is a medical device manufacturing and sales company. We implemented a cloud based ERP system at the end of 2016 and today we are looking to clean up/optimize our system and improve data flow throughout. Our system consists of four systems linked together. We need these systems to seamlessly talk to one another. The ideal developer to assist us will have AscentERP experience. Systems Include: - Salesforce (CRM) - AscentERP (ERP) - Financial Force Accounting (Financials) - Conga Composer (used to create forms that pull data from the three systems, such forms) Desired Outcome: - Optimize use of all systems; have all fields and forms automatically pull from one another. This will result in effective standardized reporting and dashboards - Tie Item Master with Price Book Today (we use multiple currencies); have all sales document accurately automatically pull from the same place (quote, sales order, invoice) - Implement systematic use of Material Planner and Buyer Planner (historically data was exported from the system and calculations were done manually) - Audit system for any additional inefficiencies as needed
