MEAN Stack Developers

Our product is [login to view URL], a platform for generating and playing shoppable videos. We have an extensive roadmap that is looking to solve the most important problems in media and advertising today. We are looking for developers that can work a minimum of 10 HOURS PER WEEK. This role isn't for everyone, we're looking for risk takers. We're looking for developers have always wanted to have equity in a startup with ambition. The reason we have selected a process that has developers working approximately 10 hours per week is to enable developers that currently have a full-time job an opportunity to earn a large payout from a successful startup. A process that takes a group of 20 developers at 10 hours per week can be successful if we pulled together as an excellent software engineering machine. This number may go as high as 40 developers working 10 hours per week. There is plenty of development to be done. We use an Agile sprint process with clearly defined requirements including user stories and storyboards delivered by the design department. All user stories are evaluated and assigned a point value by the team. The points achieved by development are translated into a velocity of points each sprint, and is measured against a overall velocity. The software development velocity is the most important performance indicator for the software development team. The equity breakdown is that we have 10 Million shares and we will award 20 shares per hour of work that is completed against a successful story delivered. For example, a story that a developer worked on for 20 hours will receive 40 shares. This is where the risk evaluation comes in, because we contend that if we're successful then we will have a large silicon valley type valuation that will provide a 100X return for each developer. For example, a developer that has invested $1000 worth of development time at $20/hr will receive a payout of 100 x $1000 = $100,000 in this scenario. Let me know if you're interested.
