Hello, The key of this addon is on the web service. This web service will place an order on your web apps which can be accessed from Outlook addon over its user interface. Once a book placed successfully, it will update the calendar. So it does the similar, the web service will check the new book, once found it will sync with addon and placed on outlook calendar. Thats the simple way, but need to have access to your web apps for managing order over web service

My planing about your addin will that i will create side panel which allow user to book appointment it will create appointment in local calendar and also post in your system via api. Similarly , we will pull appointment from your web app and create in outlook calendar. If user drag and drop or change it , it will automatic update in your web apps. I did same time of job.
