MUST BE AN EXPERT in developing Windows Software

(new windows program) this is a program to organize 1,000s of accounts details... the software will be like a spread sheet but will also have a tab for a browser so one tab will be the list of accounts one tab will be list of proxies and one tab will be a browser that uses the selected proxy. Tab 1 will look like this (see image 1) you will see each category will have about 100 account details Tab 2 is the list of proxies (see image 2) This tab keeps track of the proxy vendor / the number of accounts that are using the proxy and what category has used that proxy before. Tab 3 is just a browser that will use the proxy for the account you want to work on. once an account become no longer useful i need to be able to delete the account details and make the domain ready to create a new account. (new windows program) needs to keep track of the PROXY used and what category so i don't us that proxy again for that category. Each account made by the Cpanel software will have 10 email accounts made so when an account is not longer useful (new windows program) will delete the bad email and replace it with one of the backup emails. Windows Software 1. Buy Domains (manual fiction) 2. Enter Domains into Cpanel with software / run software the export results (this software has already been made) 3. Import data from Cpanel software into the (new windows program). 4. Buy Proxies and enter them into (new windows program) 5. Select the different account you want to create and export the data into account creation software / then export the results (this software has already been made) 6. Import the results into (new windows program) 7. Select the account you want to use and export them from (new windows program) into a .json file
